15-3 Hand mare shows much of her grandsire El Kasaka phenotypically. She is a full sister to High Ideal a Stakes winning
race horse. This mare's dam line traces from Bay
Bravura to the *Pietuszok daughter *Elba to
the Polish mares Ellora and Elza. Elza was unquestionably the most valuable mare by the famous El Zabibe and was noted for her very
showy action. ElzaElza bred with Witraz to produce the strikingly handsome Ellora, who produced her last foal at the
remarkable age of 26. Ellora was the dam of great colts, Elfur (by
Czort) won the Derby and was leased by Tersk
Stud, Ellorus, who was a
leading sire at Janow Podlaski stud in Poland and National Champion El Paso.
One of the greatest nicks in Polish breeding was *Pietuszok on Witraz daughters and that is what we have
here with Ellora's daughter *Elba that was imported to the U.S. *Elba bred with the Silver
Drift son Snow Drift to produce Bay Bravura. The Priboj sire line on this dam line has been a proven winning
combination, the Kaasha son Kalasha+ by Alkalia is presently performing
exceptionally well in the AERC Endurance circuit. |
